⏰ Time Commitment
This course is designed to count as a full high school English credit and only takes about 3 hours a week.
Each week, students will:
1. Complete an interactive assignment, with video lesson, for 30 mintues.
2. Spend 30 minutes writing
3. Do this three days a week That’s it!
Just 1 hour a day, 3 days a week. But here’s the fun part. Most students love the writing activities so much, they choose to keep going!
It’s learning that feels more like fun than schoolwork. Use this course as a year-long English credit or a one-semester elective. It’s flexible and easy to fit into your homeschool schedule.
Tip for Homeschoolers: Many states follow a "Carnegie unit" system, where: 1 credit = 120+ hours of instruction, projects, reading, and writing.
Keep a log of activities (e.g., literature discussion, writing assignments, grammar, editing, etc.) to document time spent for transcripts.

Can writing be as fun as playing a game? YES!
When I put this course together, I made sure to think about
all the times I sat in front of a blank page, unsure of how to start. It's
tough when that creative spark seems out of reach, right?
So, this course is specially designed to be super approachable, kind of like a
friendly nudge in the right direction. We go through exercises that
feel more like games, and before you know it, you're building worlds and
crafting characters like it's no big deal. I laid everything
out in this crystal-clear, step-by-step format so you'll never feel lost.
The goal is to not only build your confidence in your writing but to make sure
you're having a blast doing it. I promise, by the end of this, you'll be amazed
at how effortlessly your stories just come to life on the page, and that
dreaded stress? A thing of the past!
Yes, you really can have fun and earn a high school English credit!
